We’ve made a commitment to change the way the world gets power. And nobody ever changed the world by settling for good enough. That’s why, when it comes to equipment, we don’t just meet industry standards—we power past them. Our aim is to provide our customers with a complete peace of mind for years to come. That is why we’ve partnered up with the most reputable manufactures in the industry:
With over 120 years experience and operating in 100 countries, ABB is one of the largest suppliers of electrical equipment and one of the most trusted brands supplying to utility companies. This Swedish-Swiss company has sold over 24 Million solar inverters—making them one of the top suppliers of all time.
Founded in 1945 in Austria, Fronius has been developing new and innovative energy solutions for over 60 years. The company’s heritage is originally in the manufacturer of battery chargers and welding transformers.Over the past 25 years they’ve built on this capability to produce the most advanced and innovative grid connected solar inverters. All Fronius inverters are fully designed and manufactured in Austria. They are also one of the first inverter brands to be named as compatible with the Tesla Power wall battery system. Their local warehouse, monitoring system and performance in any type of conditions make Fronius an unbeatable choice.
Q-Cells are German-engineered solar panels, and are one of the largest manufacturer in the world. With over 30.000 employees and offices world-wide, they’ve set the standard in the industry with Q representing ‘Quality’.
Cyclone tested by James Cook University in Queensland, Q-Cells panels won multiple awards for durability and they are designed for Australian harsh weather conditions.
Yes, government incentives are still available in all states and territories in Australia. And they are quite generous. Depending on the system size you can receive up to $4000 upfront. We can also help you with submitting the rebates application and make the process hassle free for you.
Our panels capture the sun’s energy, channel it through discreetly placed wires to an inverter, where it’s converted to electricity to power your home. When your solar power system produces more power than you need, it feeds the power back into the electricity grid and your retailer will pay you for it.
Today, solar costs less than traditional electricity coming from dirty coal. whether you choose to pay as you go or purchase the system we assure you that it will be one of the best financial decision you’ve made.
We offer a range of financing options, which makes going solar simple and affordable. The most popular option is No Deposit & No Interest with payments starting from as little as $29/week.
No. The panels are tested to withstand hail. A hail test is conducted with a ball bearing (golf ball size) at 82 km/h directed at 11 impact locations. Hail damage is more likely to affect roof tiles than solar panels.
For your complete peace of mind, we only use Clean Energy Council Approved Electricians. This means the system is covered under your house insurance policy without increasing your premium.
The answer is no. Your solar system’s going to go down, too. The reason why is because of safety concerns. The utility company requires your solar system to be shut off when their grid goes down. If they have guys working on the utility lines while your solar system is producing a live feed, they could get shocked and electrocuted. It’s a safety concern.
If you experience regularly breakdowns we recommend a home battery system.
It’s huge! The average Clean Energy solar power system will offset 178 tons of CO2 over 25 years. That’s like avoiding 590.000 km driven, planting 10 football fields full of trees or eliminating 80.000 Kg of burned coal.
We get it. You might not stay in your home for the next 25 years. And that’s okay. If you move, we’ll be there to help transfer your solar power system to the new owners. All our warranties are transferable and this will increase the value of your property and will make it easier to sell. In a small number of cases our customers wish to relocate the solar system to their new home and we can help with this as well.
Here’s the reality…solar doesn’t work for everyone. Unless you use a minimum amount of power every year and have a rooftop clear of shade, solar may not make sense to you. We’ll find out quickly by reviewing your power bills and inspecting your property, including the roof.
Another reason we are offering a free pre-site inspection is to do with our strong Ethical Policy. Rather than give you a price over the phone and upsell you on the installation day, as most solar companies do nowadays. We prefer to provide you with all the information needed and a NO HIDDEN COSTS quote, so you can make an inform decision.
Majority of our clients are experiencing savings between 50-90% of their current electricity bills. We are one of the very few companies in Australia who are guarantying the output of the system. In majority of cases, our clients are recouping the initial investment in 3 years.
It depends on few factors such as roof space, daily consumption habits. Speak to one of our friendly solar experts and they will customise a system for your needs. We are one of the very few companies in Australia who are guarantying the output of the system.
Quality and reliability are 2 of things we are most proud of. We only use Tier 1 products.
Tier 1 solar panels are the highest standard of panels available in the world. They only come from vertically integrated manufacturing companies, which means every stage of the manufacturing process is quality controlled.
The Tier 1 Inverters we use have the highest ratings in the world and they are manufactured in Europe. For more details, check out our products.
By storing energy, you can use it more efficiently by avoiding the grid during peak times when energy is more expensive, which improves energy savings. You can also continue to have power in the event of a blackout. For more details visit our Home Battery page.
Our Clean Energy over all experience has been one that we could not rate highly enough. When the installation date was approaching we received calls and texts on date confirmations, arrival times and install times. We could not have expected better advice, price or service. Installation was undertaken within 5 working days of our order. Professional team, flexible approach and highly skilled electrician, we would highly recommend them to other people.

We have just had Clean Energy install a 6 Kw system at our property and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of the product is superior and the installation was seamless and conducted by two very friendly and professional staff. I am impressed not only by the installation and price-point, but by the ongoing support and follow-up servicing that is provided at no extra cost. It makes you feel like you are valued as a customer! The key delineator for me was how Clean Energy work with you to understand ways to minimise your energy usage and maximise the benefit from your Solar system – unlike others who just install and walk away.

Great company to deal with! No chasing for a sale and no excessive sales pitch. Very impressed with the quality of the products and with the monitoring system. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Best purchase experience ever! I’ve already recommended them to our friends and family.

After weeks of research I found out that there are mainly 2 types of solar companies:
1. The large companies that deal with large volumes. These companies are able to offer a good price and possibly sacrifice some quality.
2. Smaller companies with electrical background. These companies are usually a bit more expensive but focus on more quality and customer service.
I found that Clean Energy is a good balance between both types of companies. They are using high quality products and their customer service has been good. This was not the cheapest quote I received but, I was looking for the best value for my money. I mainly dealt with one person throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, provided multiple options, even did a site survey to make sure no surprises. The installation was completed just one week after I confirmed the order. I would highly recommend Clean Energy to all the people out there.
Nicole – Springfield Lakes
I highly recommend Clean Energy to anybody who wants quality. From the initial consultation where George was very knowledgeable, to the install where the guys, in my wife’s words, we’re polite, friendly and just wonderful to deal with. I can be fussy but the finished job is second to none, they even do the little things like trifoliate labels on the isolators and switchboard. I love the monitoring system they use, simple to read and easy to understand. If you want quality product with great customer service you cannot go pass Clean Energy. 10 out of 10.
Adam – Toowong
I really couldn’t fault this company. From the very first point of contact they were very professional and patient. I called many other companies and received other quotes but Clean Energy went that extra mile. They came to my home (many other companies didn’t) and took the time to show and explain their products. Clean Energy were not the cheapest however they weren’t the most expensive either. If you’re looking for fantastic product with great customer service I highly recommend Clean Energy!
